Flogging Molly

Flogging Molly played on the Letting Go stage around dusk. The crowd was so stoked to see the band, and they were just as excited to be at Hangout. Their bassist gave the crowd a cheers before they started and drove right into some dance-y irish jams. I was hoping to see a little more moshing in the crowd to their heavier songs, but I did catch some hilarious armature attempts at Irish dancing.
They have quite the stage presence and really put on a fun and engaging show. They played some old songs and also gave the crowd some new tunes to listen to. Bridget Regan holds her own as the only chick in the band, and kills it on fiddle. It was a first time seeing them for me, had a blast!
