Cage the Elephant

Cage the Elephant absolutely rocked it on the Letting Go stage today! They are known for their high energy performances and today’s set was no exception. Front man Matthew Shultz was running all over the stage going nuts, getting the crowd going. They have a cool look, like rockers from 1972 gone modern.
They opened with a more popular song, “In one Ear”, to get the crowd amped. For their second song, “2024”, Matthew jumped into the crowed and crowd surfed for half of the song. I missed seeing Cage the Elephant at a recent show in New Orleans, so I was really looking forward to seeing them. The set was everything I expected and more.
