Getting Your Order
- Shipping begins in April
- Deadline to change shipping addresses is April 2nd.
- Shipping addresses can be modified in your purchase account 30 days after your initial purchase
- An email will be sent when your order is shipped to the email provided at checkout
- International may be shipped for an additional fee. International orders that opt out of shipping will be held at Will Call at the festival.
- Photo ID & confirmation email are required for any Will Call pickup

EZ-Pay
You may purchase your tickets using the EZ Pay Purchase Plan to break up your order in to four monthly installments, including the initial payment.
- Passes may be purchased in full or using the EZ Pay purchase plan at checkout
- Pay for your order in up to four monthly installments, including initial payment
- The number of payments will be proportionate to the number of months left in the EZ Pay term, November, 16, 2017 – March 16, 2018
- Payments are automated
- Billed monthly (on initial order date) until paid in full
- February 16 is the last day to start an EZ Pay purchase plan.
If payment is DEFAULTED, an automated email will be sent to the purchaser’s email address and a 10-day grace period offered to update payment information and submit payment. If defaulted payment is not received, the order will be cancelled and a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.
